We want you to love your purchase from Kadore the Label! If you are not completely satisfied, we are here to help.
1. Returns
• You may return items within 7 days of receiving your order.
• To be eligible for a return, items must be:
• Unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.
• With all original tags and packaging intact.
• Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Clearance” are not eligible for returns.
• Please contact us at kadorethelabel@gmail.com before returning any item to receive a Return Authorization.
2. Refunds
• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 3 business days.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable.
3. Exchanges
• We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
• If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at kadorethelabel@gmail.com to arrange the exchange.
4. Non-Returnable Items
• Preorder items are not eligible for returns or exchanges unless they arrive damaged or defective.
• Personalized or custom-made items are also non-returnable.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
• If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 2 days of receiving your order.
• Provide photos of the issue, and we will arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
6. Shipping Costs
• You are responsible for paying shipping costs when returning items.
• We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
7. Late or Missing Refunds
• If you haven’t received a refund yet, check your bank account and contact your credit card company, as it may take some time to post.
